UX Study - Carma
A 2 Day study of local car sharing service.
As part of an interview process I was asked to take a few hours to examine an online service I use but that has a weak UI and or UX. I choose City Car Share, now called Carma.
Through this process I researched the company, its product and its competitors. I did surveys of existing users and used this information to create an initial design and usr flows. I then tested these designs with users and finalized the feature requirements.
